Terms of use
By creating an account or using Pavora (the service at pavora.se) you accept these terms. The service is owned and operated by org. no. 559189-2897.
The service
Pavora is a digital tool that provides AI support for bookkeeping, including chat, document analysis, and connections to bookkeeping systems (e.g. Fortnox, Kleer, and Bokio; Visma coming soon). The service is provided by org. no. 559189-2897 and may be changed, developed further, or temporarily limited.
Account
You are responsible for keeping account details accurate, storing credentials securely, and for all activity via your account. The account is intended for you or the business you represent and may not be transferred without our consent.
Disclaimer — bookkeeping
Pavora provides AI support for bookkeeping. Suggestions, postings, and analyses are not guaranteed to be correct and do not constitute accounting advice, audit, or legal advice. It is your responsibility to review all bookkeeping before it is approved and, when needed, to verify it with an accounting consultant, bookkeeper, or auditor. You are responsible for keeping the books compliant with applicable laws and rules. Pavora is not liable for incorrect bookkeeping, tax consequences, or other damages arising from use of the service.
Integrations
When you connect an external system (e.g. Fortnox) their terms also apply. Connecting Fortnox requires an integration license from Fortnox. Connecting Bokio requires Plus, Business, or the Integrations (API) add-on on Premium. OAuth and API tokens are stored client-encrypted in the organisation's shared org vault; on each call your browser sends them in flight (X-Pavora-Vault) and we use them in memory. Disconnecting deletes our ciphertext — rotate the token at the provider if you want to shut off access. Stripe for nightly sync is an exception and is stored server-encrypted. You are responsible for permissions and that data may be shared with Pavora. We are not liable for errors, outages, or data loss at third parties.
Payment and credits
Some features require paid AI credit or a subscription. Prices are shown at purchase. Credits are deducted on use and are normally not refunded once consumed, unless otherwise required by law. Payments are handled via Stripe.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt or circumvent security, abuse APIs, or upload material you are not entitled to process. We may suspend or limit accounts in case of abuse.
Intellectual property
Pavora — including software, trademark, and design — belongs to us or our licensors. You retain the rights to your own content (e.g. uploaded documents and bookkeeping data), and grant us the license needed to provide the service.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, data loss, or similar. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us during the last twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced via the website or email. Continued use after new terms take effect means you accept them.
Governing law
The terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes should primarily be resolved through dialogue; otherwise in a Swedish court.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion under the privacy policy. We may terminate or limit access in case of breach, a security risk, or if the service is shut down. Privacy policy.
Personal data
How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy. Privacy policy.
