Pavora Huvudbok

AI for bookkeeping — against your system

Chat, read receipts, and approve entries. From Solo you connect Fortnox (or another system) as the general ledger. Pavora Huvudbok is included as a demo environment so you can try the flow before you connect — not as a replacement for your bookkeeping system.

Built so you can actually trust it

Your books are sensitive. We encrypt what can be encrypted, stay transparent about the rest, and never train language models on your data.

AES-256 in your browser

Chats, receipts, reports, and SIE/snapshot history are encrypted in your browser before they are saved — including the login to your bookkeeping system. The key only exists on your device, so nobody here can read the contents.

Masking in your browser

Personal IDs, org numbers, IBANs, and names are swapped for placeholders before anything goes to the AI — including details pulled from your books. With “Ask before send” you see exactly what leaves your device.

No training on your data

What you send is never used to train the AI models. On Pro you connect your own AI key — encrypted so only your devices can use it. Then your agreement with the provider applies, not ours.
