Chat with your books
Write what should be booked or drop in a receipt. The agent suggests a verifikation — you review and approve before anything is written to Fortnox, Kleer, or Bokio (Visma coming soon). Pavora Huvudbok is there as a demo environment when you want to try the AI first.
Pavora Huvudbok — demo environment
Try the AI flow before you connect: the same views as against your bookkeeping system. When you go live you switch the source to Fortnox, Visma / Spiris, Bokio, or Kleer — the ledger is for onboarding, not as a replacement. The entire demo environment is wiped when anything there is older than 24 hours.

Shared chats with E2E encryption
On Starter+ you can invite colleagues into a shared thread. Messages are end-to-end encrypted — Pavora cannot read them. The AI joins only when someone @Pavora.
Inbox — send receipts by email
Every organization gets its own inbox address. Forward receipts and invoices there, pull them into the vault, and start a chat with one click. AI reading is drawn from your token balance.
Shortcuts and references
Start with a click — Verifikationer, VAT, bank matching. Need more precision: type @ or press Ask chat from an invoice, voucher, or report. The reference travels as a chip so the agent knows exactly what you mean.
Supplier invoices with approval
Stay on top of open supplier invoices: attest, post against the selected ledger (e.g. Fortnox), and mark paid when the bank event is matched.
Customer invoices, orders, and AR
Register and follow customer invoices and orders against the selected ledger: drafts, attest, posting, and payment status — with aging analysis and shortcuts to chat. The Invoices, Orders, and Register tabs cover the full flow.
Bank import and matching
Import bank events into the selected ledger, use Transactions and Rules, see unmatched rows, and approve AI suggestions that link them to receipts and invoices.
SIE import and export
Import SIE from a firm or previous system, export for your accountant — in the demo environment or against a connected system (Pavora Huvudbok / Fortnox and others). History keeps snapshots. Lock periods and close the year under Fiscal years when the books are done.
Reports with VAT export
Income statement, balance sheet, and VAT with charts and KPIs — from a connected system or the demo environment. Ask the agent from the report, export VAT supporting data and SIE when you need it.
To-do — everything that needs you
Overdue invoices, unmatched bank events, pending suggestions, and the VAT deadline land in one list. One click opens the right chat. Home shows the same signals in card form.
Home — overview in one place
The dashboard gathers To-do, inbox, notifications, and KPIs from the selected ledger. On mobile you reach Home, Chat, and Inbox via the bottom nav — and can add Pavora to your home screen.
Multiple organizations
Switch organization in the sidebar. Conversations, Pavora Huvudbok, and to-dos stay per organization — useful if you run several businesses or agency clients.
Vault and encryption
Chats, receipts, reports, masking keys, and cached vouchers are protected with AES-256 in your vault. Choose on-device storage or encrypted cloud that Pavora cannot open. The org vault holds OAuth tokens, AI keys, and SIE/snapshot history — the recovery key is shown once.
Bring your own AI key
On Pro you can connect your own key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral, or Google. The key is stored encrypted in the org vault and shared with the whole organization — Pavora never keeps it.

From Solo you connect Fortnox, Kleer, or Bokio (Visma coming soon) as the ledger. External systems stay read-only until you unlock writing. Start in Pavora Huvudbok — import data to try the AI flow before you go live.
